Bug fixes:

1. -Core:
   - preventing repository folder creation in /Volumes when local volumes take time to be mounted,

   - empty passwords support when creating local users (empty passwords used to be automatically set to the user shortname),

   - adding a generic step calling the script “/usr/bin/touch /tmp/dss-shutdown” to your workflows will shutdown the computer instead of rebooting when the workflow is completed,
   - new ByHost preferences naming convention support,

Known issues:
- DeployStudioServer: the “secure server” option may fail on Tiger systems.
