Updating NetBoot Sets

The last three times I have updated DeployStudio on my server, I always receive a message at the end that says "The NetBoot sets XXX.nbi cannot be updated.  Please check the installer logs for more details.".  Is there some special sauce I am missing that makes it so that your netboot sets get updated automatically?  I have been recreating them from scratch everytime I upgrade the server, and it is fairly time consuming, because I keep one 10.5.8 PPCs, one for 10.6.8 for older Intels, one for 10.7.5, and now also one for 10.8.2.  Is there an easier way, or is this what most people have to go through?  I feel like I am missing something obvious here, but perhaps I am not.

Re: Updating NetBoot Sets

I have recreated all of mine in the past as well.  I generally don't upgrade unless the new features are appealing or a bug that I've experienced gets fixed.

Same experience here.
I guess that the 'auto update of .nbi set' does not work if you have several .nbi folders. In my servers this auto-update usually fails.
and fully agree with don;t upgrade if you don't have to. I am running 10.6.8 / rc133 for production.
