Cannot Create Bootable USB key using 1.7.8 on 2017 iMac

continuing from my post here:

http://www.deploystudio.com/Forums/viewtopic.php?pid=29694#p29694

Cannot make a Bootable USB drive on a new 2017 iMac with DeployStudio 1.7.8 installed.
Makes .nbi files fine, but either with new out the box USB drives or existing ( made with v.1.7.6) USB drives, it fails to create.

Re: Cannot Create Bootable USB key using 1.7.8 on 2017 iMac

Hi, please verify that there is no existing folder "DeployStudioRuntime HD" folder in /Volumes.

Re: Cannot Create Bootable USB key using 1.7.8 on 2017 iMac

Verified there is not.
Nothing Mounted,
when I go to /Volumes  from the "Go to Folder" command, all I see is:
Macintosh HD    ---Main Boot
Unititled  ----USB Drive

when I go to Terminal and perform a ls command on /Volumes I see:

Macintosh HD    ---Main Boot
Unititled  ----USB Drive

So yes I've verified, and still the creation of the bootset fails.
If it helps, it fails right after it has

unmounted Untitled
formatted and erased Unititled
renames "untitled" to DeployStudioRuntime HD"
re-mount / attempts to remount "DeployStudioRuntime HD"

Re: Cannot Create Bootable USB key using 1.7.8 on 2017 iMac

Fixed my own issue.
Restarted iMac, Zapped PRAM.
Logged back in, and using the same Untitled USB Drive, it created the bootable in 3 hours.
Tested works fine.

Why the PRAM zap fixed it I don't know......
